Our health depends upon our lifestyle, metabolism, the amount of exercise we receive, etc. <br />That being said, I weighed 88 kilos as a medical student in Russia. After I returned to India, I am down to 80. That too without any dieting.<br />It all boiled down to the fact that I was eating on time, had a more calm lifestyle, etc.<br />I have joined internship in a college, and frankly that involves a good deal of physical activity. <br />I have joined a gym for the past three months, and I love it.
